We invest significant time, expertise, and resources into every project.
This policy is designed to be clear and fair while protecting the interests of both parties.
1. Refund Overview
We are committed to delivering high-quality results on every project.
If you are ever unsatisfied with our work, we strongly encourage you to first utilize our revision policy —
our team will work to address your concerns thoroughly.
Refund requests are considered only in exceptional cases and are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of The Write Publishers.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
2. When a Refund May Be Considered
Refund requests may be reviewed under the following limited circumstances:
- The delivered work clearly and substantially deviates from the originally agreed brief
- A duplicate payment or verifiable billing error occurred on our end
- The project has not been initiated and management approves the cancellation request at their discretion
Note: All refund decisions remain at the sole discretion of The Write Publishers.
Meeting the above conditions does not automatically qualify a request for approval.
3. When Refunds Will Not Be Issued
Refund requests will not be entertained under the following conditions:
- The project has been completed and delivered per the agreed scope
- Multiple revision rounds have already been carried out and approved by the client
- Client communication was absent for more than 14 consecutive days without prior notice
- Required project information was not provided in the initial brief, affecting delivery quality
- The request is based on a change of mind, personal preference, or internal disagreements
- The project was placed on hold at the client’s request
- A customized package was selected and work has commenced
- Company policies were violated at any point during the project
4. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, a partial refund may be offered at the discretion of The Write Publishers —
particularly when work is partially complete.
- Completed and approved portions of the project will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances
- Only uninitiated portions of a project may be considered for a partial refund, subject to management approval
5. How to Submit a Refund Request
To submit a refund request, please follow the steps below:

If approved, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe depending on your payment method
6. Revisions Policy
We strongly encourage clients to utilize revisions before considering a refund request.
Writing Services:
Content is revised in drafts until the approved scope is met.
Once a section is approved, further changes may incur additional charges.
Editing Services:
Revisions are provided to correct objective and technical errors.
Requests beyond the agreed scope are subject to additional fees.
